Duo Chrome Eyeshadow Flakes.

Our flakes are a multi-chrome (color shifting) soft and very thin flake with amazing and unique colors shifts.

Flakes are packed by weight. However, some ingredients may still settle during shipping, which gives the appearance of being less full. This high-flake is cosmetic grade, safe for use on eyes, lips, and face.

• No sharp edges.
• Works best if applied with a liquid mixing medium or pigment primer.

Recommendation:

• Can be applied with finger tip by "PAT PAT" on the desired area or a flat brush.
• Store in cool, dry place.
