We want you have a VIP experience at Sarias Cosmetics.
All sales are final, due to sanitary reasons products can not be exchanged or returned.
Sarias cosmetics will replace for the exact product if this got damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be UNUSED, in the same condition that you received and with its original packaging.
If any products received are damaged, or have an incorrect item, please email us to Sariascosmetic@gmail.com and attached photo of the products next to the shipping envelope, within 3 DAYS after delivery date.
Important!: If the claim exceeds this time it will not be accepted.
Receipt or proof of purchase is Required.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damage item.
Customer is responsible for shipping the package back to Sarias Cosmetics Office.
Sarias Cosmetics will not refund shipping fee.
Sarias Cosmetics will re-ship the replacement if approved, at no extra cost.
Once we received your return, we will inspected. An email will be sent to you, to notify you the approval or refection of your return.
Sarias Cosmetics only replace items if damage or defective. We are unable to offer any return or exchange for any other reason.
